Sept. 4th

We had a busy day in Grade 2. In Art we started our abstract self portraits. Instead of our regular facial features we chose different objects. Ask me what I chose. 

In our table groups we had to Save Fred. Ask me about it!

In Math we chose four numbers that were important to us. 

One of our Literacy Centres will be Read to Self. Today we discussed what we need to do and practiced building our stamina. 

We read the book below and reviewed vowels, consonants, and short vowels from Grade 1!
