 Today we learned some more about homophones and practiced our knowledge by having to listen to sentences to know which spelling is correct. 

In Gym we started drum fit! It is fun and a workout!

 FAMILY OPEN HOUSE NIGHT

Thursday, April 17, 5:00 – 6:30 pm

Join us for a Family Open House Night where you can visit your child’s

classroom and enjoy activities, games, and learning celebrations. Each grade

will have something special planned based on what the students are excited to

share with you.

This is a drop-in event, so you can come at any time during the 90-minute

window and stay as long as you’d like. We hope to see all families there to

celebrate your child’s achievements!

Special Activities in the Prairie:

• PRIZES: Students can enter to win one of six literacy and six math

game prizes. Ballots will be available at the Literacy Boggle Board and

Math Estimation Station tables, where you can also complete fun

activities.

• BOOK DONATIONS: We’re asking families to donate gently used

children's books (no new books, please) for our new outdoor little

library. Check the flyer for more details.
